The administrative systems below are available to use during the hours listed. Use of the systems is blocked (scheduled block time) for maintenance during all other times.

** FIN - Retired March 14, 2025

The jobs that bring the FIN Driver up and down have been removed from the APECS Scheduler after that date.

We do not expect this to change to impact customers who use the FIN Driver. They are aware of and have approved the timeline for this change. 

The FIN Driver Code will be archived in the weeks following.  There will be a short interim period after March 14th during which time the programs/modules and jobs will still be available if for some unforeseen reason the driver needs to be brought up.  Technology Service Center/Help Desk staff should also be made aware of this change as it is possible they may receive inquiries from campus users.

 

*** PAS - Retired March 21, 2025

The jobs that bring the PAS Driver up and down have been removed from the APECS Scheduler after that date.

We do not expect this to change to impact customers who use the PAS Driver. They are aware of and have approved the timeline for this change. 

The PAS Driver Code will be archived in the weeks following.  There will be a short interim period after March 21st during which time the programs/modules and jobs will still be available if for some unforeseen reason the driver needs to be brought up.  Technology Service Center/Help Desk staff should also be made aware of this change as it is possible they may receive inquiries from campus users.

 

**** SDB comes down for a few minutes each night at roughly 1:30 am.

Any significant exceptions to the standard hours will be announced through the system in advance.
