Are items ever automatically deleted?

Yes: inactive calendars-those that have not had any events added to them for three years-will be deleted.

If a user is no longer authorized to use Trumba, what happens to their profile data and what happens to items they've created?

If a user is no longer authorized to use Trumba, their profile data is deleted. All items that they created will remain on Trumba servers until automatic deletion rules apply.
