Request a New UW Event Calendar


Getting Started

If you haven't already, please review the main UW Event Calendar (Trumba) page to familiarize yourself with the platform. At the very least, learn how Trumba Campus Event Calendars work at the UW by watching our Trumba Overview video.

How do I request a new calendar?

All new event calendars start with a request sent to: help@uw.edu.

To ensure a quicker response, please provide the following information in your email:

  1. Subject: New UW Event Calendar
  2. Body:
    1. Your UW NetID
    2. Your organizational unit (college, school, department, or center).
      1. If possible, please give the name of the parent organization as well.
    3. The URL of the web site for your organizational unit.
    4. Do you plan to show any events on the Campus event calendar or any other calendars? Yes/No
    5. Will your calendar events occur in multiple time zones? Yes/No
    6. Do you want to allow the public to submit events to your calendar? Yes/No

Once the UW Event Calendar team has the request with the above information, someone from the team will reach out to you about the next steps.
