Intune provides mechanisms to restrict enrollment. These restrictions can result in failed Intune enrollment. At this time, the only Intune enrollments expected to succeed are those via Autopilot enrollment. Here are UW Intune's enrollment restrictions:

Device type restrictions

• Allow Windows, do not allow any other platform
• Require Windows OS minimum version of Windows 10 1903
• Block personally owned devices sometimes also called bring your own device (BYOD). This usually means any device which has not been pre-enrolled via
  • Autopilot
  • an IMEI number
  • Device enrollment manager

Device limit restrictions

• 5 devices per user
