Can I use UW Office 365 to share how to pronounce my name?

Did you know that you could use your UW Office 365 contact card to easily teach other users how to pronounce your name? It's easy!

When using either Teams or the desktop version of modern Outlook, you can click on your profile picture to open your Contact Card. To the right of your name will be a Microphone icon, and clicking that icon will allow you to use a microphone connected to your device to record a short audio snippet.

After you've recorded what your name sounds like, other users will see a Speaker icon in the same location on your Contact Card. Clicking the Speaker icon will play back your recording, letting them know how to pronounce your name!
